Angle Flanges

Our unique method of manufacturing angle flanges includes the following quality controlled procedures.

Continuous Roll Forming- Allows for greater uniformity and quicker turnaround.

True Butt Welding- Provides a much stronger bond than most other methods.*

Scarfing- Removes flash and provides an even surface for a tighter fit.

Sizing- All our flanges are individually sized to specific standards. Flanges up to 18" are processed on specially designed sizing dies. This process assures that our product is accurately sized and of a true round form.

Guaranteed Alignment- Multiple piercing dies assures accurate alignment of holes, without variation. Large flanges are index punched for perfect alignment.
