In the summer of 2005, our management team discovered the concepts of Lean manufacturing. Since that time, we have completed the training of all team members in Lean concepts and techniques.
At Uniflyte, Lean has been instrumental in creating manufacturing cells, reducing costs, reducing inventory, reducing our manufacturing footprint and improving quality while at the same time reducing stress and fatigue on the team members.
